  1. Delivery Policy
  • Fulfillment: Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 - 5 working days.
  • Delivery Areas: We deliver within the borders of South Africa.
  • Courier Charges: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once the order dispatches.
  1. Return and Refunds Policy
  • 7-Day Cooling Off: In terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act 25 of 2002, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receipt without reason or penalty, provided the goods are unused and in original packaging. You will bear the cost of returning the goods.
  • Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
